Hi, my name is Mark and I am a competitive athlete, dad, and serious fitness professional dedicated to helping you find a personal fitness solution in a life that is often a busy, hectic place.

I have coached over 300 women, men, and children to be healthier and fitter individuals. I have trained individuals to pass Military and Police entrance fitness tests; and I have coached athletes to succeess in 5km through to Olympic distance triathlons, marathons, Tough Mudders, and other events.

I am a public speaker for local groups on Women's Health and Fitness; and I have coached the local Grammar school running team. On a personal note, I have competed in 100's of physical events including: 1 mile runs through to 35km trail runs; bicycle races; triathlons; open water swim events; and Tough Mudder obstacle events. I have also raced for Great Britain as an age group athlete; and for the British Army as an elite triathlete.

My passion is to help anyone become a fitter, stronger, and healthier version of themself!
